The Yard Worker will ensure Ironclads containers are cleaned, repaired, and fully operational for rental. This role involves performing a variety of general labor tasks.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform minor mechanical repairs on equipment at customer sites.</li><li>
Conduct pump and hose evaluations and repairs.</li><li>
Set up and disassemble equipment as needed.</li><li>
Pressure wash equipment and perform berm repairs.</li><li>
Handle labeling and inventory management tasks.</li><li>
Load and unload equipment.</li><li>
Perform minor welding and electrical work.</li><li>
Carry out general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li></ul>
Equipment Used:<ul><li>
Truck</li><li>
Trailers</li><li>
Maintenance tools for repairs</li><li>
Electrical hand tools preferred</li><li>
Gas-powered forklift</li><li>

As a Yard Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining yard organization and safely spotting trailers at dock doors and throughout the yard. In this role, you will also update trailer moves or any yard activity via a hand-held device. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
10% Perform general warehouse tasks as needed</li><li>
80% Safely spotting trailers at dock doors and yard locations; Driving yard trucks and spotting at designated locations</li><li>
10% Yard Auditing; Ensure yard accuracy by leveraging the Yard Management System</li></ul>
