$18.00 to $21.00 per hour

Big Top Party Rental is excited to announce an opening for a Part Time or Full Time Position of Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations during peak wedding season.

Requirements:

  • No experience needed. We will train the right person.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Driver’s license and your own transportation is required. Dependability is important. May have to drive company SUV to run small local errands 2-3 times per week.
  • Basic computer knowledge required. We will train someone with no experience that is willing to learn.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft products (excel, word, etc.)

Seasonal Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager

Duties Include: Answering phone calls and emails, advising clients with their events, taking bookings, running small errands, preparing supply orders, monitoring emails, and purchasing. Some light cleaning of office and some warehouse management, such as cleaning of food machines, organizing supply, gathering linen, and assisting/preparing customer pick ups.

Compensation: Starting pay is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. (20-40 hours per week). Position will open mid-July 2026.

Other Details: We are looking for someone who is reliable, on time, dedicated, and passionate about getting the job done. This would be a great job for someone who works well independently and is great dealing with all types of people. We are looking for a go-getter that can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
