Requirements

• Age 18-55
• Physically fit for outdoor work
• Ready to work in sun, rain, heat and cold
• Motivated and team-oriented

Job Role

• Strawberry picking (tunnels)
• Blueberry weeding and field maintenance
• Blueberry and raspberry picking
• Planting, sorting and field cleaning
• Machinery operation (for experienced workers)

Salary

• Strawberry picking: 2.5 PLN/kg
• Weeding/Sorting: 20 PLN/hr
• Performance bonus: up to 23 PLN/hr
• Guaranteed minimum: 4,000 PLN NET/month
• Average earnings: 4,000 PLN+

Work Schedule

• Start time: 6:00-8:00 AM
• Work duration: 10-12 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Sunday off

Accommodation

• Free accommodation near workplace
• 3-5 persons per room
• Couples: separate room (two couples together)
