Our Architecture & Design Review team ensures that every home and lot reflects the highest standards of design, construction, and environmental stewardship. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Architecture Assistant to assist us in documenting, cataloging, and preserving the architectural history of all 563 lots in our community.

Job Description
As the Seasonal Architectural Review Assistant, you will work closely with the Director of Design Review and community leadership to capture and organize lot-specific construction, renovation, and design history. This role is hands-on and research-focused, offering you an opportunity to apply your architectural education in a real-world HOA and residential design context.
You will interview the Director of Design Review using a structured questionnaire, review existing lot files, and enter all data into HOA Life™, the Association’s management platform. Your work will create the first comprehensive digital catalog of the community’s architectural history.
