About the Role:
Join CLASSIC CUPS INC as a Seasonal Barista in the heart of Brooklyn, NY! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about coffee and customer service to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and recommend menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and work areas.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy hours.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and menu changes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about different brewing methods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
