SEASONAL CAFE STAFF MEMBER

Amazing Crepes in Whitefish Montana is looking for Summer 2026 staff members.

We are looking for summer employees available June-October. Ideal candidates are available through the end of September/October, and there is an opportunity to stay on at the end of the season. This position is open to both full and part-time hours. Full-time employees work 4+ days a week, 30 hours or more, and part-time staff work 2-3 days per week. This position requires weekend and holiday availability, with daily working hours being between 8 am and 4:30pm. Base hourly pay is $12-15/hr plus tips depending on experience. Tips are pooled and split evenly and average $6-$10/hr.

Ideal Employee Skills

• MUST be able to work Saturday & Sunday, holidays and Under the Big Sky weekend (July 17-20)
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, computers and registers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create positive relationships with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to stay motivated independently and take initiative on tasks
• Efficient in handling customer orders and maintaining high service standards during peak hours.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift items, and move quickly around the restaurant
• Basic understanding of food safety standards and hygiene.
• Ability to handle customer concerns or issues in a calm and effective manner.

Our cafe staff members welcome customers by taking orders, learn the art of crepe making, craft quality espresso and tea beverages for guests, as well as jumping in to do dishes or clean. Utility staff members have a passion for working as a team, learn quickly, and take initiative in completing daily tasks. The ability to effortlessly switch tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and good workflow management are crucial for this role.
