Seasonal Customer Service Rep - Mother’s Day Week!

Job Summary
Edible Arrangements is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to help us with our busy call volume and front of store traffic during Mother’s Day week!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a temporary position from 8:45am - 4:45pm between 5/6-5/10. Training will start 2 weeks prior on a part-time basis.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, online and in person in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Handle credit card transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional support.
• Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer facing positions is required.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent customer support skills with the ability to empathize with customers' needs.
• Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyze situations effectively.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus.

Pay: Base pay + tips = $15-16/hr, depending on tips
