Job Description:

As a Seasonal Driver Helper at Velvet Ice Cream, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in impeccable condition. You will be responsible for serving our customers by merchandising our products to enhance their visual appeal. You will also maintain accurate delivery records, assist in inventory management, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of personal vehicle to efficiently deliver products to retail locations.
• Set up and merchandise products at customer locations to maximize their visual appeal.
• Stocks, rotates, and displays all products to established standards.
• Collaborate with customers to address any concerns or inquiries.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18 years old or older and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
