Seasonal Electrician

Historic Rail Adventures, LLC (HRA) offers guests a narrow-gauge rail experience through The Georgetown Loop Railroad and Mining Park. The unique train ride, various mine tours on offer, picturesque alpine setting and proximity to Denver draws a global audience of nearly a quarter-million visitors throughout spring, summer, autumn and early winter. HRA is seeking an experienced electrician for seasonal work (electrical license not required).

Responsibilities

· Electrical work in train, mine and multiple buildings on property

· Assume responsibility for safety of electrical work

· Assume responsibility for Lockout-Tagout

· Maintain clean and orderly work

· Occasional non-electrical projects

· Maintain open, effective working relationships with colleagues

Requirements:

· Seasonal, part-time work (opportunity for full time/advancement)

· Current valid driver license

· Must be able to pass a state prescribed background check

· Ability to pass a drug screening test

· Must be able to climb on & around trains

· Ability to work outdoors and cold, damp mine tunnels

· Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

· Ability to read and speak English

· Adherence to good hygiene and maintain presentable on-the-job appearance

Pay Rate: Starting at $26.00 an hour.

· Location: The Georgetown Loop Railroad and Mining Park between Georgetown and Silver Plume Colorado.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
