Location: Crotched Mountain Resort, 615 Francestown Rd, Bennington, NH 03442

Hours: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Season: December 2025 – April 2026 (Full ski season, with select holiday dates*)

Pay: $20 – $26/hr typical ($16/hr base + tips)

About the Job

Waffle Cabin is a staple at ski resorts across the Northeast — serving up the smell of fresh, warm waffles that every skier and snowboarder knows and loves. We’re looking for an upbeat, dependable, customer focused Cabin Manager to lead our team at Crotched this winter.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, guide staff, and ensure guests have an excellent experience. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be a part of the ski mountain community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the cabin
• Train, support, and oversee team members during shifts
• Prepare and proof waffle dough to meet customer demand
• Cook and serve fresh waffles to guests
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
• Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and confident working independently
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Prior food service or hospitality experience a plus, not required
• Able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
• Reliable transportation to Crotched Resort
• Must be available weekends and select holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
