We're a beloved Ann Arbor staple since 1967, and we're looking for enthusiastic, dependable folks to help us shine during the busy growing season. Whether you're watering thirsty greenery, keeping our aisles stocked and spotless, or ringing up smiling customers, you'll play a key role in bringing beauty and joy to our community. Full-time and part-time positions available (20–40 hours per week), with flexible scheduling to fit your life. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register, including processing sales and answering basic plant or product questions
• Stock shelves and displays with fresh plants, supplies, and seasonal items to keep everything looking inviting and organized
• Water and care for plants throughout the greenhouse and sales areas to maintain their health and vibrant appearance
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe greenhouse environment through regular sweeping, organizing, and general upkeep
• Assist customers with loading purchases and offer a warm, helpful attitude every shift
• Pitch in on other tasks as needed to support the team during our peak season

Qualifications & What We're Looking For

• No prior plant knowledge required—we'll teach you what you need to know! Experience or interest in gardening/horticulture is a bonus
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to showing up on time and following your schedule
• Positive, upbeat demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of working with people (customers and teammates alike)
• Comfortable with physical work: standing for extended periods, lifting/moving plants and supplies (up to 50 lbs), and working indoors/outdoors in varying weather
• Team-oriented mindset— we're all in this together, and collaboration makes the day fly by
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements
• Available for flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings during peak season
