Seasonal groundskeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for the upkeep of landscapes,, and lawns, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and visually appealing. This role requires proficiency in using both power and hand tools, as well as knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques. The position will require travel between, Kemmerer, Evanston, and Lyman.

Duties

• Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass.
• Utilize power tools such as lawnmowers, blowers, and trimmers for efficient groundskeeping.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through proper pruning and watering techniques.
• Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as necessary while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Assist in landscape design projects by planting new flowers, shrubs, or trees.
• Maintain cleanliness of all tools and equipment used in groundskeeping tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools related to gardening and landscaping.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and garden maintenance practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license required with clean driving record
