Looking for a Seasonal Groundskeeper

Our Property is searching for a self-motivated and reliable Groundskeeper (PART TIME) for our busy residential apartment community. Should be energetic, friendly and will take pride in their work to keep our property clean, safe and well maintained. Approx. 25 hours per week Monday-Friday

Can multi-task , has an understanding of great customer service, has reliable transportation, work as part as a team and perform tasks independently. Have knowledge of maintaining grounds and will be responsible for the upkeep of property common interiors, landscape, pool and any other designated areas assigned by Manager.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the overall upkeep of the Property grounds and exterior image which include keeping all exterior areas clean and free of debris ( buildings, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, dumpster areas, etc)
• Cleaning of common building areas (breezeways) and keep them free of debris and hazards
• Keep dumpster areas clean and free of debris
• Routine Pool maintenance and pool cleaning area and keep free of debris
• Seasonal snow removal of sidewalks, breezeways and walkways (when necessary)
• Ensures that all exterior lighting is operable and change when necessary
• May be called upon to assist Maintenance staff on other projects if needed.
• Report all needed repairs to Property Manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Groundskeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
