Job Summary

Riverside Landscaping is seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Landscape Foremen and Laborers. This role involves performing a variety of landscaping and hardscaping tasks to enhance and maintain outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, enjoy working outdoors, and be committed to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with hardscaping projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features.
• Install irrigation systems and concrete edging, ensuring proper functionality and a clean, professional finish.
• Remove weeds, debris, and unwanted vegetation from work areas.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed.
• Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, construction, or groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.
• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Must have a valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one.
• Must possess a valid Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
