Seasonal Landscaping Technician

Job Overview
Black Swan Living is seeking a dependable Seasonal Landscaping Technician to play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, well-maintained environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors across various landscaping projects, ensuring properties are beautiful, functional, and safe. This is a hands-on outdoor role ideal for someone who takes pride in well-kept properties and works efficiently across multiply sites with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties like mowing, edging, trimming and maintaining grounds across multiple residential properties.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and flower bed upkeep.
• Perform seasonal tasks including spring cleanup, leaf removal, and general grounds upkeep
• Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment safely and responsibly.
• Report property damage, irrigation issues, or safety concerns to the maintenance supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Drivers License
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and performing manual tasks throughout the day.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
