Seasonal Marketplace Associate (Part-Time, Mornings)

Job Description:

Produce with Purpose Marketplace is hiring a part-time, seasonal Marketplace Associate for morning shifts (~20 hours/week). If you love good food, know your way around fresh produce, and enjoy connecting with customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, answering questions about produce, seasonal items, and Marketplace products
• Ring up purchases and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise produce and other Marketplace items
• Keep displays clean, organized, and appealing
• Help maintain overall store organization

Requirements:

• Knowledge of fruits and vegetables — varieties, seasonality, basic handling/storage
• Genuine passion for food and local agriculture
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable and reliable handling money/POS transactions
• Dependable morning availability, ~20 hrs/week
• Friendly, customer-first attitude
