• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols
• Assist with daily routines such as nap times, playtime, outings, and educational activities that promote development and fun
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns that arise
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and fostering an inclusive environment
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare area, including sanitizing toys and supplies regularly
• Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate families' seasonal requirements, including short-term or temporary assignments

Qualifications

• Prior experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare, or caregiving roles involving children of various ages
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response in emergencies
• Strong knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and child development principles
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents and team members
• Compassionate, patient, energetic, and adaptable attitude towards caregiving responsibilities
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment
