Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with various warehouse equipment and possess strong organizational skills to maintain efficiency in our fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and RF scanners to accurately pick and fulfill orders.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and order statuses.
• Perform order picking tasks, ensuring that all items are selected accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in building and organizing product displays as needed.
• Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle heavy lifting of products as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly with order picking and fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage..
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and efficiency improvements within the fulfillment process.
