Seasonal Part Time Cafe Help Needed!

Cape Cod Coffee @ Chatham Perk is looking for part-time employees for our Downtown Chatham and North Chatham location!

Position is for SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER!

Looking for candidates to start ASAP!

Pay is Rate + Tips (rate dependent on experience).

Part time hours available ranging from 15-30 hours a week.

All employees expected to train on all stations:
-Register
-Smoothie & Coffee Station
-Breakfast Station

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers with a friendly attitude, and ensure an outstanding experience from order to completion.
• Accurately take customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments, and efficiently process orders using the café's point-of-sale system.
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and breakfast quickly and to the highest standards while adhering to all food safety guidelines.
• Keep the café area clean and organized, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning equipment.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts and assist with tasks as needed to meet customer demand.
• Stay up-to-date on the café's menu and promotions, and confidently answer questions about products, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
• Assist with restocking supplies, organizing inventory, and ensuring all necessary items are available for the day’s operations.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or customer service role preferred, but not required.
• A positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
