Seasonal Part-Time Tasting Room Sales Associate

We’re looking for tasting room sales associate to join our growing team. As a member of the tasting room team, providing Milea Estate Vineyard guests with an extraordinary hospitable service is imperative. Your role as a member of the tasting room sales associate will be to serve each and every guests with expertise, friendliness, and hospitality. This position will work directly with the other tasting room associates and management team to host tasting appointments to help increase DTC sales and wine club sign ups.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with other team members to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their tasting/shopping experience

- Provide wine recommendations and help customers choose the best wine for their personal preference, gift, or special occasions.

- Make guests feel welcome

- Act as a representative of our winery; which involves helping to educate and excite others about our mission and values

- Floor/Shop maintenance and cleaning: tasting room, coolers, and shelf maintenance etc.

- Receive/Organize inventory

- Assist with private events; setup/breakdown & service

Job Requirements:
-Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
-Professional attitude and a strong work ethic
-Energetic and personable with guests
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a quick moving environment
-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Available to work weekends, some holidays

Compensation: Hourly plus tips, wine bottle sales & wine club sign up commission
