Seasonal Pool Attendant

SALARY RANGE - This position pays Minimum Wage $16.90/hour plus tips. The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the Pools in the resort while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

Essential Functions

• Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
• Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.

• Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.

• Assist servers with bringing food orders.
• Thoroughly clean Pool areas according to standards.
• Re -stock towels, linens and required supplies around the pool area.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a resort or a related field preferred.
• Must be 18 to operate a golf cart.

Working Conditions and Schedule

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to stand and work for extended periods of time during customary service hours.
• Must be able to work in hot weather.
