Overview
Join our stellar food and beverage crew for a few weeks of pop-up fun! Our rooftop bar + lounge will be hosting a 6-8 week themed pop-up experience where we'll offer specialty cocktails and light bites for both in-house guests and the public.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and policies
- Own both bartending and serving roles based upon real-time needs
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for accurate cashiering and retail math calculations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to maintain quality service in a fast paced bar environment
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks
