Seasonal Professional Housekeeper

Saltwater Grande is seeking experienced, professional cleaners to service our high-end vacation rental properties. Candidates must have prior experience completing turnover cleans in vacation rental condos and homes.

Our properties range from studio units to 8-bedroom homes and condos. Saltwater Grande pays significantly higher rates than most local companies, and in return we expect exceptional performance. We maintain very high standards and are extremely detail-oriented. All cleaners receive structured training to ensure our expectations are consistently met.

Unlike many vacation rental companies, we do not require Saturday-to-Saturday bookings, so cleaning schedules are spread throughout the week. Multiple turnovers may occur on any day.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Performing full vacation rental turnover cleans
• Changing bed linens and towels
• Restocking supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, dish detergent, etc.)
• Cleaning and disinfecting kitchens and bathrooms
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Laundering blankets, comforters, and bedspreads as needed
• Packing linen bags for scheduled cleans
• Unpacking linen carts at the linen warehouse

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to properties, the linen facility, and Saltwater Grande office
• Reliable smartphone capable of running required property care apps
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Prior vacation rental turnover experience required
• Open availability (Cleaning schedules are typically released two weeks in advance; however, schedules are subject to change based on bookings and operational needs)

Compensation:

• Compensation Rates based on mileage, property size, bed count, stairs, and estimated cleaning time
• Positions begin as seasonal 1099 contractor roles, with the potential to move into permanent W2 employment following a performance evaluation. Permanent team members may qualify for benefits such as paid time off and health insurance reimbursement.

Pay: $21.58 - $25.98 per hour
