Seasonal Returns Associate

What You'll Be Doing

Process incoming returned merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
Unpackage returned goods and inspect items for damage, wear, or defects.
Determine whether items meet resale standards based on company guidelines.
Repackage and prepare approved items for return to inventory/warehouse stock.
Accurately update return status and inventory records within the warehouse management system (WMS).
Document damaged or unsellable items and follow proper disposition procedures.
Maintain an organized and clean returns processing area.
Communicate with warehouse and inventory teams regarding return discrepancies or issues.
Utilize computers and internal systems daily to track, process, and report return activity.

What We'll Need from You

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and experience including typing, data entry, and use of internet-based software systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace Systems (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension.
Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Dependability — position requires being reliable, punctual, responsible, and dependable to fulfill job requirements.
Adaptability/Flexibility — open to change pertaining to job duties, work schedule, and/or with internal processes and procedures.
Embraces teamwork and enjoys working with others.

Pay Range

$16/hr

This position is seasonal
Operating Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
