CIBSTYLE LLC is a thriving small business specializing in handmade press-on nails. We’re looking for two passionate Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team from October through December to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service during our busiest season of the year.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Welcome and engage with customers, providing exceptional service.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect nail size and style, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
• Explain application and removal techniques.
• Recommend nail care products to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow and achieve CIBSTYLE sales goals.
• Go the extra mile to drive sales.
• Build connections with customers when possible.
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities).

Sales & Store Operations:

• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Audit cash drawer and receipts, resolving any discrepancies.
• Upsell and promote weekly sales and special deals.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Stock shelves and ensure adequate inventory.
• Inspect product quality for customer satisfaction.
• Take initiative to replenish merchandise.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Assist with product stocking and inventory counts.
• Take out trash at the end of the day.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company policies.

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand for extended periods.

* Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop, especially when handling stock and on the shelves.

* Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

* Ability to move freely around the sales floor.

Business & Holiday Hours:

Regular Hours:

Monday–Saturday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Holiday Hours:

Black Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

December 5th–24th:

Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Christmas Eve: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Part-time Seasonal
