The Club at Las Campanas is seeking a dependable and hardworking Seasonal Steward/Dishwasher to support our Food & Beverage Culinary team during our busy season. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment while supporting chefs and service staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests.

Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment

Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment

Keep kitchen, dish area, loading dock, and dumpster areas clean and organized

Restock service areas with clean dishes and utensils

Remove trash and recycling and sanitize garbage containers

Assist with stocking supplies and basic kitchen support as needed

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Complete opening and closing side work

Support kitchen staff with cleaning and organization throughout service

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred

Experience with commercial dishwashers is a plus

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
