Seasonal Steward / Dishwasher

The Club at Las Campanas is seeking a dependable and hardworking Seasonal Steward/Dishwasher to support our Food & Beverage Culinary team during our busy season. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment while supporting chefs and service staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment
• Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep kitchen, dish area, loading dock, and dumpster areas clean and organized
• Restock service areas with clean dishes and utensils
• Remove trash and recycling and sanitize garbage containers
• Assist with stocking supplies and basic kitchen support as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Complete opening and closing side work
• Support kitchen staff with cleaning and organization throughout service

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred
• Experience with commercial dishwashers is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire

Schedule

• Seasonal Position
• Evening shifts approximately 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend and holiday availability required
