• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will vary depending on the facility's needs, but primary responsibilities include:

• Basic Landscaping: Mowing lawns, weed whacking, trimming bushes, and clearing debris from walkways and parking lots.
• Facility Painting: Prepping, taping, and painting interior walls, railings, safety barriers, and exterior trim as needed.
• General Upkeep & Cleaning: Performing basic janitorial duties, emptying exterior trash receptacles, and ensuring warehouse common areas are tidy.
• Simple Maintenance Work: Handling minor repairs such as changing lightbulbs, tightening fixtures, and assisting the full-time maintenance team with larger projects.
• Safety Compliance: Reporting any major maintenance hazards or safety concerns to the Facility Manager immediately.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Previous experience in basic landscaping, painting, or general handyman work is highly preferred.
• Equipment Skills: Ability to safely operate a lawnmower, weed wacker, and utilize basic hand and power tools (screwdrivers, drills, paint rollers, etc.).
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably throughout the shift, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old

Pay: $18.00 per hour
