Position Overview
THE MIX is looking for an experienced, high-energy Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle volume, create a great guest experience, and move with speed and precision behind the bar.

Schedule (Must Be Available for All Shifts):

• Wednesday: 2:30 PM – Close
• Thursday: 2:30 PM – Close
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional service
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff during service
• Keep pace in a high-volume environment

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and bar operations
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be available for all listed shifts, including weekends

Pay: $6.75 per hour

Work Location: In person
