Second shift Plant Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Plant Supervisor to oversee our second shift operations. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring smooth production processes, capturing end of day inventory levels and filling the plant managers roles when absent.

Duties
- Coordinate and oversee daily plant operations
- Supervise plant staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment

Skills
Required:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Nice-to-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
- Experience with inventory management systems and or excel.

- Basic computer skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
