Secondary Assistant Principal - Pastoral

Fully qualified teacher holding BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS or equivalent.

Minimum of 10 years teaching experience working within a high-quality department.

Minimum of 3 years in SLT Leadership Experience

Professional leadership qualification (desirable)

A strong knowledge of relevant educational frameworks and inspection/accreditations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A responsive collaborator who develops and builds upon the ideas from the community, creating an environment of innovation.

A professional who works collaboratively both within the immediate team and across the wider school community.
