Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to various learning styles.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Provide tutoring and individualized support to students who require additional assistance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
• Utilize library services effectively to enrich student learning experiences.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in education administration tasks, including record-keeping and assessment of student performance.
• Engage in early intervention strategies for students who may be struggling academically or socially.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with curriculum development processes is advantageous.
• Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support is a plus.
• Knowledge of early intervention techniques is desirable.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
