Job Title: English Teacher (Grades III – VIII)

Location: Sanskriti International School, Kondapur Branch

Reports to: Head of English Department / Principal

Job Purpose

To develop students' proficiency in the English language through a balanced focus on Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening (RWSL). You will be responsible for transitioning students from basic comprehension to critical analysis of literature and creative expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement lesson plans that cover prose, poetry, drama, and grammar according to the school's standards.
• Literary Analysis: Introduce students to diverse genres of literature to foster critical thinking and global perspectives.
• Language Proficiency: Focus on vocabulary building, phonetics (for lower grades), advanced grammar, and syntax (for middle school).
• Creative Writing: Guide students in various writing styles, including narrative, persuasive, descriptive, and expository essays.
• Differentiated Learning: Adapt teaching methods to support both struggling readers and advanced learners within the same classroom.
• Co-Curricular Leadership: Organize and judge literary events such as debates, elocution, creative writing competitions, and drama productions.
• Digital Integration: Utilize digital tools and multimedia resources to make English lessons interactive and contemporary.
