Secondary (Key stage 3) English Teacher – Term 3

We are looking for an experienced English teacher to deliver high-quality teaching to secondary students. The successful candidate will have extensive experience teaching Key Stage 3 English, as well as experience teaching A Level English, preferably in the British curriculum, and will be committed to supporting student learning throughout Term 3 (end of March – 3rd July).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for secondary students (Year 7–9, with some A Level support).
• Teach A Level English curriculum with exam preparation and assessment support.
• Support the school in maintaining high teaching standards and student achievement.
• Ensure all lessons meet curriculum and school requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, English Literature, or a closely related field.
• Degree must be attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent international teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in UAE schools.
• Extensive experience teaching Key Stage 3 English is essential.
• Must have A Level teaching experience.
• Experience with the British curriculum preferred.
• Must have own visa (Freelance/family visa).
• Available to start end of March 2026 and commit through 3rd July 2026.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
