We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent with strong expertise in the Secondary (resale) property market. If you excel at client service, negotiations, and market analysis, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Identify and connect with potential buyers and sellers in the resale market.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Understand client needs to match them with the perfect property.

Property Listing & High-Impact Marketing

• Source and evaluate pre-owned properties across key locations.
• Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to recommend smart pricing strategies.
• Organize property staging, photography, and marketing campaigns across top portals and social media.

Sales, Viewings & Negotiation

• Lead property viewings with confidence and clarity.
• Negotiate offers to secure win-win outcomes for buyers and sellers.
• Manage the sales process end-to-end — from inquiries to contract signing.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and scale a sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
• A goal-oriented, target-driven mindset
