KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source exclusive resale/rental listings

Negotiate listing agreements with sellers/landlords

Secure pocket listings and off-market deals

Qualify buyers and understand requirements

Conduct property searches and shortlisting

Schedule and conduct viewings (8-10 weekly)

Create professional listing materials

Coordinate photography and videography

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

1-3 years Dubai Secondary Market experience

Proven transaction history (minimum 20+ deals)

English fluency (written and verbal)

Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Real Estate)

Valid UAE driving license

Preferred Nationalities: UK, AUS, USA, Russia, China, India, Philippines
