Job Description

Kamdhenu Real Estate LLC is expanding its secondary market division and is looking for an experienced Warehouse & Industrial Property Specialist. This role is ideal for brokers with strong market knowledge in warehouses, labor camps, factories, and industrial lands across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Handle leasing and sales of warehouses, factories, and industrial properties

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors

Conduct property inspections and client site visits

Negotiate lease and sale terms professionally

Maintain updated listings and client databases

Stay informed about industrial zoning, approvals, and market trends

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse/industrial real estate (Dubai market preferred)

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

Self-motivated and target-oriented
