Job Description – Secondary Market Property Consultant

As a Secondary Market Agent at EVA Real Estate, you will be responsible for:

• Handling client inquiries from first contact to deal closure.
• Managing and marketing residential & commercial listings in the secondary market.
• Conducting client outreach and qualifying leads.
• Arranging meetings with landlords, owners, and buyers.
• Organizing and attending property viewings.
• Maintaining consistent communication and progress updates with management.
• Building long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

Training & Support (Freshers Welcome!)

1. Freelancer Sales Trainer

You will learn:

• Professional sales techniques
• Real estate objection handling
• Closing strategies
• Confidence development & communication skills

2. In-House Market Trainer

You will receive full training on:

• Dubai real estate regulations
• Area and community knowledge
• Secondary market processes
• CRM, listings, documentation, and daily workflow
• Even if you have zero experience, we will shape you into a professional consultant.
