As part of our continued expansion, we are now building a strong Secondary Property Sales Division, alongside our established off-plan team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct property viewings and present project details professionally
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off-plan sales)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Dubai property market trends and regulations
- Ability to generate leads through networking and personal efforts
- Professional attitude with strong client relationship skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
