About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Agent to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales and leasing, strong market knowledge, and an existing network of clients and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of secondary market sales and leasing properties.
• Generate new listings through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and repeat clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in secondary market real estate sales and leasing.
• Proven record of successful property transactions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Existing network of property owners, investors, and buyers is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
