Secondary Science Teacher

K-12 public charter school with an emphasis on math, science, and technology seeks a full-time Utah-licensed teacher who can teach secondary school Science classes starting 2026-2027 school year. Preparing curriculum and weekly lesson plans. Offering after-school tutoring and clubs. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Candidates should have at least a bachelor's degree, positive academic and employment references, be enthusiastic, patient, tactful, and have good communication skills. Be able to take on challenges and stress when necessary. Candidates should also be ready to be part of a school with high-quality education standards and a supportive, friendly working atmosphere.

• Advanced Placement (AP) Biology and AP Chemistry (preferred)
• Middle school and high school science classes, like Integrated Science, Biology, Chemistry, etc.
• Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons
• Prepare students for AP exams using effective instructional strategies
• Facilitate hands-on laboratory experiments safely and effectively
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
