Are you a fast, detail-oriented editor who thrives on clean, minimalist short-form content? We're seeking a Secondary Short-Form Video Polisher to team up with main editors, polishing high-volume videos (70+ per team daily) before QC. If you excel at quick tweaks that boost impact, this high-energy role is your fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Add visual enhancements: zoom-ins, punch-in/out, slight reframing, motion emphasis.
• Review & fix captions: correct spelling/typos (from accents), ensure perfect audio sync.
• Double-check audio flow, pacing, and visuals pre-QC.
• Uphold clean, minimalist, brand-consistent style.
• Coordinate quick fixes with main editor.
• Handle high-volume tasks efficiently; available for overtime during peaks.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years short-form editing (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Strong English listening & caption accuracy.
• Fast workflow in Premiere Pro.
• Grip on minimalist editing aesthetics.
• Multitasking under pressure with sharp detail eye.

Bonus:

• Team-lead experience.
• Retention-focused pacing/visuals knowledge.
• AI caption tools familiarity.
