Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Co-Teacher in Classrooms, fostering an inclusive learning environment
• Assess student progress and maintain transparent communication with parents
• Monitor lesson plans for accommodations to meet diverse learning needs
• Schedule and lead IEP team meetings, ensuring individualized student success
• Evaluate the quality of teaching materials and programs in use
• Apply modern educational theory and practice
