Duties

• Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating diverse teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student engagement.
• Deliver engaging instruction in subjects area.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and project-based evaluations; provide timely feedback to support growth.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through proactive behavior management techniques, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Mentor and support students individually or in small groups, providing academic advising, tutoring, and tailored interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, school initiatives, and extracurricular activities such as sports coaching or library services.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming assessments or events.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, lesson plans, and student achievements in accordance with school policies.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
