Primary Purpose: The core purpose of the Teacher's role at Universal is to enable students to learn effectively and to provide support for the academic and pastoral needs of the students. The teacher should always support the aims and values of the school.

Our process is comprehensive to ensure we maintain quality throughout practices ensuring continuous improvements of Student Outcomes & Teacher Delivery Effectiveness.

Step 1: Application Submission (Please map the fields Section, Academics, Primary & Secondary Location correctly, rest of the things which are not applicable, please select NA or Not Applicable)

Generally, we screen profiles within 48 - 72 hours of submission. Due to high volumes, sometimes this can be slightly delayed.

Introductory Call with a HR member for Fitment covering your Experience & Impact

Step 2: Online Assessment to determine the Subject Proficiency and Online Demo. Right fit candidates would generally receive a virtual assessment to be completed within 48-72 hours of Step 1.

Step 3: In-Person round at School with Principal / Co-ordinator & Demo

Step 4: Technical Rounds with Senior member (HOS, Central Academic Team), if required

Step 5: Final Call with Senior HR member for closure & next steps.
