Job Title: Seconded Legal Resource (Contracts: GCA & Membership Agreements)
Location: Mumbai (Work from designated client premises)
Duration: Minimum 9 months (extendable)

Reporting: Functionally to client’s Legal/Business team; administratively to our firm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated legal professional for a secondment assignment in Mumbai. The role will focus exclusively on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Global Corporate Agreements (GCAs) and Membership Agreements, while ensuring compliance with Indian laws and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and refine Global Corporate Agreements (GCAs) with enterprise clients
• Draft and review Membership Agreements for startups, SMEs, and individual members
• Identify risks in key clauses (termination, indemnity, deposits, liability) and mitigate accordingly
• Ensure adherence to Indian contract law, property regulations, and commercial practices
• Support business teams during client negotiations with practical legal input
• Track contract lifecycle, maintain records, and ensure compliance with obligations
• Liaise with internal operations and finance teams for smooth execution

Candidate Profile:

• Education: LL.B. (LL.M. preferred)
• Experience: 3–6 years in contract drafting, negotiation, and commercial law
• Preferred: Experience in real estate, coworking, or leasing contracts
• Strong drafting, compliance, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently at client premises while reporting to both client and firm

Engagement Terms:

• Candidate will be on our firm’s payroll and work exclusively for the client during the secondment period.
• The secondment will be for at least 9 months, with the possibility of extension.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
