Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Secretaria/Secretary to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support our office environment effectively

Duties

  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google.
  • Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide general office management support such as ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and handling mail distribution

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
  • Proven clerical experience in an administrative or office environment
  • Strong time management skills to handle scheduling and deadlines efficiently
  • Personal assistant experience or calendar management expertise is a plus
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
