Legal Translation and Typing Firm is looking for a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our growing team. We provide over 700 government and legal services across Abu Dhabi, and we are seeking someone who can support our daily operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries with professionalism.

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and internal communications.

Prepare and organize documents, files, and service requests.

Coordinate with translators, typists, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Assist in receiving clients, providing basic service information, and guiding them through procedures.

Maintain office records and ensure proper archiving of documents.

Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client inquiries.

Prior administrative or secretarial experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is a plus.
