Qulifications - Overview
Provide administrative and clerical support to project teams within the PMS organization. Maintain filing systems, logs, and
correspondence registers to support daily operations. Assist in typing, document formatting, and preparation of internal and external
communications. Handle office supplies, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and support coordination of project meetings. Assist
in maintaining records, timesheets, and tracking of general administrative data. Ensure proper document handling and compliance with
established filing and archiving procedures. Support a safe and efficient work environment in coordination with project staff.
High school education with minimum 5 years’ experience in secretarial activities, filing system, office administration and management.
