We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Admin/Secretary to join our team at Happy Drive Car Rental in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office tasks, assist management, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and bookings.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and maintain records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or secretary
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
