About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operational support for our car rental services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain rental agreements, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate scheduling for vehicle deliveries, returns, and maintenance.
- Maintain records related to vehicle registration, insurance, and Salik accounts.
- Support payment processing, refunds, and deposits.
- Prepare regular reports for management.
- Assist in organizing documentation and daily office operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Prior experience in a car rental or automotive industry is a plus.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
